Cancellations and Rescheduling

- You must provide safe and timely access to your property for our cleaners. If our team cannot gain access, you may be charged a missed appointment fee.
- Please ensure pets are secured during the cleaning for the safety of our team and your pets.
Liability
- We are insured for damages caused by our staff during cleaning. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to your property or belongings.
- Items left in unsafe or cluttered areas.
- Report any issues within 12 hours for us to address the situation promptly.
